As the community it serves grows and diversifies, Alderney Landing is ready to reimagine itself and expand to better serve those who live on and visit “our side” of the Halifax Harbour.

As we approach 25 years as a cultural and community hub for Dartmouth and its surrounding areas, we are reimagining what our facility and the surrounding waterfront can look like for the next 25.
Founded to lift cultures and communities, a reimagined Alderney Landing will expand our province’s ability to celebrate diversity in a space that knits together the cultural tapestry of Nova Scotia, providing opportunities to connect, learn and grow together. It will also provide greater economic prosperity, revitalization and essential supports to the people and communities we serve as Downtown Dartmouth continues to grow, diversify and thrive.
